How I work

Many people experience emotional distress at some point in their lives, often turning to family or friends for support. However, sometimes this is not enough.

Regular therapy sessions offer you a chance to reflect and to explore feelings you have about yourself, other people and experiences. They also give you insight into what is happening in your life in the present, past experiences and the connection between the two. Recognizing and understanding patterns in how you think and react to circumstances, help you make more deliberate choices and take control of aspects of your life.

I work with adults with varied backgrounds and with a range of issues. I have an integrative approach, which means I am able to work with a variety of psychological approaches, depending on your needs. These approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
